All items sold on this website are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preference changes, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing charts, product details, and order information before completing your purchase.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at checkout, including size, color, and design selection. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.
Production & Turnaround Time
Custom apparel requires production time. Estimated turnaround times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on order volume, product type, or unforeseen delays. We appreciate your patience—good things take time.
Defects or Errors
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Color & Design Variations
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, fabric type, or printing methods. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.
Care Instructions
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care. Please follow provided care instructions to maintain the quality of your garment.
Copyright & Artwork
Customers confirm they have the right to use any custom artwork, logos, or designs submitted. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.
Policy Updates
These terms are subject to change at any time without notice. By placing an order, you agree to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Artwork & Proof Policy
We will make every attempt to create error free artwork, and we require all proofs to be thoroughly checked by our clients. This includes colors, layout sizes, and the overall accuracy of the artwork. Please review your proof carefully and notify us immediately of any required changes. Technicolor is not responsible for errors or omissions after the proof has been approved and the job has been completed.
Stock colors will be used unless a color is specifically requested. Colors will be matched as close as possible to the approved proof. Colors may vary from screen representation of the digital proof.
We will decorate your apparel as close to the proof as possible. Standard variation for artwork placement on any garment is 0.25" with a max of 0.5" in any direction.
We reserve the right to invoice and ship 3% under the quantity ordered. Garment defects such as rips, stains, tears and holes are the responsibility of the manufacturer and are beyond our control.
